Why does the general insurance guy hang out with a penguin?

They have been friends for a very long time. General and Penguin met in the 7th grade when Penguin and his family moved to General's town from Antarctica. Penguin was picked on by most of the other students, but General shared his Oreo pudding with him at lunch and they've been friends ever since. Heck, if it weren't for Penguin, General would be here with us today. General was sent to Iraq just a few years back, and was almost choked to death, but Penguin was there to give him CPR.
