It may be difficult to find anyone who will insure you depending on how many weeks / months pregnant you are. But I suggest you try Medici travel (http://www.medicitravel.com/), they're a specialist medical travel insurer - just phone the number 0845 8800168 for a quote or more information.

Many travel insurance companies will not insure pregnant women and/or will not cover medical costs incurred that are related to pregnancy.
Travelex is a company that has some "pregnancy-friendly" plans.
Keep in mind that many insurance companies require you to purchase your plan within a certain number of days of booking your trip in order to be covered for a pre-existing condition.

It depends on the date of return and the expected delivery date - if you are only a little bit pregnant then there is no problem - if delivery is in the next 12 weeks then most insurers exclude pregnancy.

Check with American Express: Go to www.globaltravelshield.com/CTN or call 800 332-4899.

The policy will certainly cover you for any accidents or illnesses/injuries that happen during the trip.
However, you do need to specifically find out if they will cover pregnancy-related medical problems.

You do NOT have to be an AMEX cardmember to purchase travel medical insurance from them.
