I currently don't have a doctor. Where is a legit place I can get it and how much does it cost? And does health insurance cover it? If it does, will my parents be notified?

Many cities have Planned Parenthood sites that offer free birth control, I don't believe they notify parents. Your county health department should be able to give you anonymous advice, they're in the phone book under county offices. But there are many birth control options available at a pharmacy, without a prescription. Foam and condoms are readily available and no one tells your parents. Be careful, condoms also protect against sexually transmitted diseases.
