What Is The Best Way To Purchase Health Insurance?

Yes, by using someone else's money.

Otherwise, there is no way to purchase health insurance that cost less than any other way. However, if you don't know what you are doing and purchase it yourself instead of using an agent the premium will be the least of your worries.

Yes, but only in some places.
You have to live in a place where insurance is not very expensive.
If you live in one of those places, then there is a way.
If you live in one of the places where there is no way, then there is no way..

The least expensive option (for you) is to work for an employer who offers it. Beyond that you need to find a good agent who has access to every major plan in your area and who will shop it for you.

Stay away from online quotes. They handle the masses and there are all kinds of things that can mess you up...getting declined (which affects future carrier's decisions) because your profile doesn't fit their profile, getting a carrier who offers a low initial rate but who is known to have frequent rate increases, a plan with good rates but poor coverage...all kinds of things.

Find a good local agent you can trust.
