Also believe it or not I have another friend who got insurance under her parents insurance company and she got a discount for it.. She is under Progressive and pay 50 dollars a month. I'm a male and I can only dream of my insurance being $50. That isn't going to happen.

You should put the car in your parent's name and then pay that insurance. I was able to get $60 a month on a van when I had my first car that way.
