fruit, veg, meat, fish wholegrains and a small amount of nuts and seeds.
all you really need is to cut out the rubbish foods in your life, eg all mircowave meals, convenience foods and sodas

Your BMI suggests you are probably slightly on the chubby side, but not overweight.

If you want to eat healthy, here are a few easy to remember rules.

What not to eat
-Eat nothing fried
-Eat nothing that melts ie. chocolate, cheese, butter
-Reduce starchy foods ie. white rice, potatoe, pasta
-Avoid fast food/processed foods.

How much to eat
One meal size should approximatly be the size of both of your hands.

-You should have a protein (meat) portion, the size of one of your hands
-You should have a carb/veg portion, the size of one of your hands
If you follow these basic rules, it will make sure you are not eating crap, and it will make sure you are not eating too much. Anything not mentioned is fine.

DON'T skip meals just eat healthy with foods for breakfast such as porridge as it releases energy slowly and you don't feel the need to snack. For lunch eat a sandwich with wholegrain bread and have a piece of fruit. For dinner eat vegetables and low salt foods and also food that are high in fibre such as cabbage. And excersise always helps hope this helps.

no matter what you eat , keep it below 1500 calories. you can lose weight quickly. try to eat more protein than fat and carbs . do cardio 5 days a week . lift some weight 2 days a week . i promiss you can have a great physique. i tell you this because this method totally worked for me .

Just try to eat around 1500-1700 calories a day, if you're really really hungry after trying that make it up to like 1900 but I'd say, without exercising, that should be good.x
