I bought a peugeot 206 gti. Someone smashed into the back of me and my car is a total loss. They admitted liability.

I have just got an e-mail asking me to sign an indemnity statement to say why i didnt declare my car had 'lexus style' rear lights!! I just assumed they came as standard on the gti model!!

Is my insurance void?

Just sign a statement that you thought they were factory installed taillights and that they were on the vehicle when you bought it.

Sign with the agreement and let them know that the parts damaged was already when you purchased your car.
