No, of course not. The system will be the same as it is now except more people wont be discriminated against to buy insurance and there will be a Medicaid expansion unless the Supreme Court rules against it.
Medicaid now is for people under 21 or over 65 unless you are disabled, blind, a new immigrant, have minor children AND are very low income. The proposal is to open it up to those under 65 whose incomes are under $15K.
There is no free health care for anyone unless you qualify for zero share of cost Medicaid as now.
The government cannot afford to subsidize Medicaid and Medicare now, do you really think they will pay for services for millions of unemployed people? Congress would not even pass a government insurance plan or a Medicare for those age 55 to 64.
