26 states *took* the law to court to overturn it. It should be pretty obvious that they are against mandates.
There are two states that I know of-Oregon and Massachusetts that have such mandates. I don't like such mandates but I feel that is compromise enough for Liberals. We hear all the time about how horrible it is that certain people can't get health care. So why not move to one of those states-look you have one on each coast! Liberal problem solved. Need more states? No prob-except I'm gonna be pretty peeved if more than half the states get this ridiculous stuff and I have few places to go to escape it. I am pretty confident that states that have state health care will eventually get rid of it as a failure though so in fact what you say does not bother me that much anyways. Things like that always work at first-like Social Security because they borrow against the future until the future catches up with them. They are doomed from the start.
