I mean its nice to drive one, but look at all the stuff you have to pay

CAR PAYMENT
CAR INSURANCE
GAS
OIL AND ANTIFREE CHANGES
SPEEDING TICKETS
PARKING TICKETS
AND MORE

But with a bus pass all your paying for is the bus thats it!

Not to mention the classes you have to pay for to even get your permit and license. All the reasons you listed are why I'm not too excited about driving.

For a teen its a sense of identity ! you have a car , you are becoming an adult . the freedom factor is also a huge part of it. It's just one of those things that as a teen makes you feel like more a independent person not to mention having your own car forces you to become a responsible person

We don't have buses and taxis where I live, a car is the only way you get around. And a car means you can get a job and money and have freedom.

Also, don't break the law, and you wont get a ticket.

The town i live in is really small, so we don't have buses and taxis here.

And the closest store is like 3 miles away, its too far to walk from where i live..

Before I had a car, I walked EVERYWHERE.
Even at night.
It's not safe.
And as for the bus, creeps ride it.

Yes but I don't want to take the bus. It would just be cool to have a car and make you feel more independent.
