Talk to your significant other if you have one or open up to a friend. Then go to a doctor who can prescribe anti-depression meds if you actually need them. Of course this could be a vitamin deficiency. You see for depression only people who are close to you or around your circles can help, e.g. like your beloved parents, or any of your near and dear friends or relatives, or some good Samaritan neighbors in your colony, or your counselor/mentor. They can only render help. Or you can consult a professionally qualified doctor and take his professional advice. Time and distance are the main constraints to render such help for us.
If nothing seems to be working, as a last resort, prayer is the only solution. Pray earnestly, honestly and sincerely with ardent devotion. Prayer does lot of wonders in life like a miracle. Pray.
