some hospitals do it before you go home,if not you bring them in on there 1st doc appt. most insurances cover it but if they dont its about 100- 400 depending on what state your in. some docs let you in the room but some dont, i was allowed to be in there with my son, but my sister in alabama wasnt allowed. it takes about 3 weeks to heal, but it only bugs him the first few days. make sure to keep it clean and keep vasaline on him.
