i am thinking about buying a 2008 single wide mobile home that is in a lot in a trailer park. anyone have a guess on what insurance might a month?? or do i need it??

If you don't pay cash, and carry a loan on it, you'll need insurance. Odds are, it will be under $500 a month.

But it's a really really bad idea to buy this, unless it's a real steal - these things depreciate to NO value, in about 20 years. So much so, that by the time this IS 20 years old, you won't be able to insure it, period. Because it will be worthless.
