I am not gonna say that I am totally sure about the answer.it is really depending on the personal mind.thus it would better for you to try to find the best answer yourself. Here    www.HealthInsuranceIdeas.info    is a good resource for reference though.

How much is the cost of living?

Pretty hard for us to do this for you. Whay don't YOU do it? YOU can go see how much the apartment you are thinking of costs. You mention a car. Do you not have one now? You wnat to move out on your own and buy a car at the same time?

You mention gas. How much do you spend now?

You mention a cell phone. Don't you already have the cell phone? Look at the bill!

Health and dental insurance depends on how you buy it. Are you getting it through your employer? If so, ask them how much.

You can't just ask strangers on the internet and make a major life decision based on the response! Wise up.

Before you do ANYTHING, you should save up a MINIMUM of 3 month's worth of expenses PLUS your first and last month's rent and security deposit. It would be much better to save up 6 monht's worht of expenses.

Look up apartments and houses for rent in your area. Find out what kind of rent you will expect to pay. Make a list of groceries you will need for a month and go to the grocery store and write down the prices to get an idea of your food cost. Phone the utility companies and find out what you can expect to pay. Do a budget and figure out all your expenses for transportation and others. Then look at your income and figure out if you can do it. If you can't afford it, then you need to make more money because you are an adult and should not be living in your parents house anymore.

How much is the cost of living?

Leandra, if you are incapable of doing this, then you are nowhere near able to move out, unless you plan on moving out with a personal assistant.

YOU need to research the cost of rent.
YOU need to figure out how much you owe on your car, how much gas will be, and how much average annual upkeep expenses are.
YOU need to get quotes on insurance. I can tell you that 10 years ago, it was over $100/month for the most basic medical care, NOT including dental.
YOU need to figure out "public service", whatever that is. If you mean utilities, the apartment complex can quote you general rates.
YOU need to figure out what your cell phone costs per month.
YOU need to figure out what you spend on food in a month.
YOU need to figure out what you spend on going out.
YOU need to figure out what you spend on luxury items - makeup, clothes, furnishings, etc.
YOU need to figure out what it will cost to actually move.
YOU need to figure out how much furniture will cost, if you need it.
YOU need to figure out the cost for cable, internet, and phone service.
YOU need to figure out other incidental expenses.
