I plan to start my own business catering to private functions. (weddings, parties, etc.) Do I need liquor liability insurance? If so, how do I get it and does anyone know how much it usually costs?

If you are selling or serving liquor, you most likely will need liquor liability coverage. It STARTS at $2500.

You'd buy it from the same agent that's selling you your general liability coverage, which you will also need. Sometimes, you can lump both coverages under one policy.
