Have The Uninsured Started Shopping For Their Policies Yet?

Postby Salvino » Sun Oct 08, 2017 4:13 pm

Here is what happened.
Unemployment is worse than they admit.
Insurance rates are skyrocketing.
We're in a depression/recession.
We?re seriously losing our middle class.

Study: 86.7 million Americans uninsured over last two years - CNN.com http://www.cnn.com/2009/HEALTH/03/04/uni...

These huge numbers are going to emergency rooms and we are paying for it.

WE ARE IN CRISIS ? much worse than we are told.
Something HAS to be done and right away.

We'd have had a cheaper Public Option with no forced participation if Republicans had helped Democrats get it (you can still help there as it's coming up for vote again).

Without Repub help the ONLY option was to go to insurance companies.
Their "price" for all the perks they gave us (no caps, no pre-existing, some controls on their cost) was giving them the 30 (?) million uninsured.

You may not like it, but this bill stimulates the economy, stops the emergency room money drain, helps the middle class, creates jobs, shores up Medicare for another 9 years, and reduces the federal deficit, as well as saving lives and alleviating suffering.
All that and if you're too poor to afford it, you get help.

Again, if you don't like this bill call/write your congresscritters and ask them to vote for a Public Option because the insurance reform is not going away no matter how much you wish it, but maybe if we all pull together we can morph it. Do it often and get all your friends and family and neighbors to do it.

While you're at it tell them you support an amendment to the Constitution getting Big Money out of our government.

The House Bill is HR 1826 Fair Elections Now Act sponsored by John Larson of Connecticut

The Senate Bill is S. 752 Fair Elections Now Act sponsored by Dick Durbin of Illinois

They are standing by the mailbox waiting for their government checks as always.
