Feminists: Is Something Wrong With Birth Control At This Present Time?

Postby Hariman » Tue Oct 10, 2017 12:11 am

It's affordable, abundant, no one is barred from purchasing it, etc.

So I fail to see why it was such a large issue in this past election (better then focusing on the economic stagnation, right?) But what exactly do you think needs to be changed, since a problem with the present system for BC isn't really aparent? And why do you think it's a communal responsibility to provide women with birth control instead of a personal responsibility?

The more money they can save on birth control, the more money they have to spend on beauty items that make them look better thus attracting a higher status male.
Women want "ugly" men to pay for their things so they can mate with more alpha males.

Feminists: Is Something Wrong With Birth Control At This Present Time?

This has nothing to do with feminism and everything to do with nanny-State big government vs. privately-owned businesses.

An insurance company is a privately owned business.
It is NOT a government entity.
Therefore, since we live in a free country, government should not tell private business what to do.
If an insurance company wants to deny women birth control, then that is the insurance company's right as a business.
It's their business, they make the rules.

My insurance company won't pay for Viagra.
Do you see me bi.ching and complaining about this? Of course not, and I never will.
They never promised me Viagra, why should they pay for it?

If a private business doesn't give you what you want, then find another one that does.
It's called the free market.

The government is trying to interfere in the free market by forcing insurance companies to give women B.C.
