Technically, no. He should have, but I don't know whether he was legally required to. Tell your state government and have them answer that one.   danielpauldavis 27 months ago

Well i think that labor and industries will help get that done for you and the boss will be under investigation mabe should let your unemployment specialist know whats going on it might be to it can take longer to figure this out   softbabe44 27 months ago
