Dishwasher broke and it ruined my floor?

should i get a lawyer? or how do i make them fix my floor? they've come to repair around 4 times, it because it is in warranty, so there is some record of it malfunctioning.

should i deal this with home insurance, or with them??

Call your home insurance. The warranty on the dishwasher likely has a provision limiting their liability to the dishwasher only, excluding any damage to your floor.

Odds are good that if your insurance company is one the biggies, they'll go after the appliance manufacturer to recoup. Trying to get money out of the manufacturer yourself will probably be frustrating and fruitless. Call your insurance agent for some advice.

Deal with them if they stil didnt fix it thats,there job
