You question, as asked, cannot be answered. That depends on several things including; your coverage and who is found to be liable for the accident by the involved insurance companies.

BTW. There is no such thing as "full coverage" There are many types of coverages The term "full coverage" is meaningless.

Usually there is a deductible (this amount is set up when you make your policy) that is the amount you would have to pay out of pocket to fix YOUR vehicle if you are considered at fault of the accident (it's called collision coverage). If you are not at fault then the other person must fully pay for your damage. And Comprehensive coverage also usually has a deductible that is for things like hail damage. But be careful cuz 'full coverage' doesn't always include uninsured Motorist coverage, this is if the person that hits you or at fault does not have insurance or hit and run accidents. More specific laws and regulations depend on the state you live in.

Your own insurance does not pay for all repairs to your own car, ever, under any circumstances.

I don't know what you mean by fully insured, but car insurance always requires you to pay a portion of the cost of getting your own car fixed.

If you have a deductible you get to pay that fee.
