Best car insurance for over 60 male?

Had a DR10 drink driving in 2009. (Long story and yes should not have done it but) Require best option for fully comprehensive covering legal etc.
Any idea of which car insurance company is best?

Don't know what's the cheapest, but I know what's NOT - any "high risk" insurer (the kind of company that gives you "minimum coverage".).,....

Those insurance companies may spin it as "we sell you minimum coverage to save you money," but they charge *a lot* for very little.

Prudential - that's who my Dad (over 60) has his car insurance with (my Mum is a named driver, and she is over 60 as well).

There will be no one best one for you as most will decline to cover or charge you several times the normal rate - you just have to shop around

Just make sure that you get loads of quotes before going with the first one you call!what I do is shop around

best bet do an online search and fill out a quote. If its not right fro you at least you got your name out there.
