Anyone Know Correct Wheel Cylinder Size For 1 ,1/16 Master Cylinder (not For 1 Inch Bore)?

Postby Shandy » Fri Oct 06, 2017 6:40 pm

I recently upgrade my single diaphragm booster and 1 inch master cylinder to dual diaphragm booster with 1,1/16 inch master cylinder first 2 days it was very good hard as rock but after suddenly I felt soft spongy brake paddle, But if I replace my 15/16 wheel cylinders it will fine for 2 or 1 days. So I want to know correct wheel cylinder size for 1 ,1/16 master cylinder.

I think 15/16 wheel cylinders for 1 inch bore master cylinder

Any help or Advice plz?

It really shouldn't make any difference here as the hydraulics don't change much because of your changes, but I would switch to one inch diameter cylinders on the wheels just to see if the brakes work more consistently or not.
