Take food from families for premiums that provide a skeleton coverage which ultimately they won't be able to use due to high deductibles, out of pocket expenses for co-pays and prescription costs. It will be similar to the Medicare plans many of our seniors suffer with after paying their whole lives for it.

No one will be expected to pay full price for health insurance premiums if they can't afford to pay. For those who can't afford to pay full premium prices, there will be subsidies. Right now, if you are drawing unemployment, then you either pay into a COBRA plan, or you rely on public assistance for your health care needs. Either way, someone else is paying for part of your health care. If everyone had to pay what they could into an insurance plan then everyone else's premium costs would go down.

The government would subsidize the purchase of nongroup insurance through the exchanges for individuals and families with income between 133 percent and 400 percent of the federal poverty level (FPL). (Most nonelderly people with income below 133 percent of the FPL would be eligible for Medicaid.) More than half of the enrollees in nongroup policies would get federal subsidies, and taking those subsidies into account, the amount that subsidized enrollees would pay for nongroup coverage would be roughly 56 percent to 59 percent lower, on average, than the nongroup premiums charged under current law.

You know that $400.00 unemployment check you get each week, just send it weekly to Obama's insurance portal and get a policy for your family or get fined for not buying it.

What will it do...it will pay 80% of all health services you need. You pay the rest of the cost.

Or something like that...

The health bill will go down anyway. Unless obama tries to change the Constitution again. The poor can go to emergency and can't be turned down. Liberals need to go to work if they want to have everyone live like they think they should.

I'm not sure if they can solve your problem with the description you are telling us. You could describe a bit more so that people can help with more confidence. Just a thought! :-D
